MILWAUKEE, July 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- In a ceremony in New York Monday night, Nancy Novogrod, editor-in-chief of Travel+Leisure magazine and Julie McGowan, publisher of Travel+Leisure magazine, presented the award for "Best Domestic Airline" as part of the magazine's 2007 World's Best Awards readers' survey to Timothy E. This is the eighth time in 12 years Midwest has won the coveted distinction. The magazine's subscribers rated airlines in five categories: cabin comfort, food, inflight service, customer service and value.
